RUSSIA-ARMENIA'S ARMROSGAZPROM TO PAY NO DIVIDENDS FOR 2012

Russian-Armenian gas pipeline operator ArmRosgazprom will not pay
dividends for 2012 due to a U.S. $158 million net loss, according to
the company's statement released Monday, RIA Novosti reported.
The decision was made by the company's shareholders on June 30.
Russian natural gas giant Gazprom owns an 80% stake in ArmRosgazprom,
and Armenia's Energy and Natural Resources Ministry owns the remaining
20% stake.
Established in 1997, ArmRosgazprom has a monopoly on natural gas
imports into Armenia.
