Harutiunyan dwelt on the offshore scandal featuring prime minister
Tigran Sargsyan and Vicar of the Ararat Patriarchal Diocese Archbishop
Navasard Kchoyan.
According to Henaran.am, asked whether he believes the statement of
the Cypriot prosecutor general about the impossibility to register
offshore assets to someone's name without the latter's presence or
an authorized person, Harutiunyan said that he has no right not to
believe. "He knows better their legislation than me. How can I not
believe him?"
