ARMINFO Tuesday, July 9, 12:07
A Yerevan-based Haykakan Zhamanak Daily writes the Government of
Armenia is expected to study tax privileges for Hayasi Company at
the upcoming meeting. The company is usually connected with Arthur
Baghdasaryan, Secretary of the National Security Council, the paper
writes.
Reportedly, the company's plan to produce whisky has failed and the
Government has decided to provide some temporary tax privileges to
the company in order it could overcome the financial problems. "It
is not clear, however, why the Government helps Arthur Baghasaryan
at the expense of taxpayers," the paper writes.
