HAYKAKAN ZHAMANAK: GOVERNMENT HELPS BAGHDASARYAN AT EXPENSE OF TAXPAYERS

The issue of granting tax privileges to 'Hayasy Group' company will
be discussed at the upcoming cabinet session. The company is linked
with the name of Armenian National Security Council Secretary Arthur
Baghdasaryan, Haykakan Zhamanak reports.
According to the paper, the company once decided to produce whiskey,
but the project was a failure and to stabilize the financial situation
of the company, the government decided to delay the fulfillment of
its tax liabilities.
"It is not quite clear why the government helps Baghdasaryan at the
expense of taxpayers," the paper says.
