TIGRAN SARGSYAN AND STEFAN FULE AGREED ON MONEY

European commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood policy
Stefan Fule said in Yerevan the long awaited phrase of the Armenian
government: EU is ready to continue providing financial support Armenia
taking into account the country's progress. Tigran Sargsyan stated that
without EU support, it will result impossible to carry out reforms in
Armenia, so it is necessary to immediately continue the financial aid.

The fact that Armenia is facing if not a civilization, but certainly
a geopolitical choice, the Armenian leadership perceived as a chance
to earn. The principle of "who gives more" has become fundamental,
and apparently Russia lost to Europe because it is not accustomed to
pay, it only promises not to seize.

No concrete sum was mentioned, and it is not ruled out that Fule didn't
mean the 1.5 billion Euros to be raised during the upcoming conference
of donors, but regular millions. Armenian government prefers several
millions in the hand, than 1.5 billion in the air.

Europe's approach to itself is no less immoral than the position of
official Yerevan. Both sides speak about the system of values, reforms,
liberalization and else, but in practice, one of them roughly demands
money, the other roughly trades and gives it. None of the parties
    said what progress Armenia recorded.

There is no progress, there is only an always louder bazaar where
everyone strives to snatch a little more, weight, sell low-quality
goods, not give the change, steal. All issues can be resolved, both
the Karabakh issue, and even the closed border with Turkey, the main
thing is the cash on the table.
