ARMENIAN GENOCIDE'S NON-RECOGNITION AND DENIAL PAVED WAY FOR NAZISM AND FASCISM - PARLIAMENT VICE-CHAIR

YEREVAN. - The non-recognition and denial of the Armenian Genocide
have paved way for Nazism and fascism.
Armenian National Assembly (NA) Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov
stated the aforesaid, on Thursday in Minsk, Belarus, during his talk
with Deputy Speaker Victor Guminski of the House of Representatives
of the National Assembly of Belarus.
Sharmazanov informed Guminski that, in 2015, the entire progressive
humanity will observe the 100th anniversary of the genocide, the
Armenian NA press service informs. He also expressed a hope that the
Belarus parliament likewise will reflect on the recognition of the
Armenian Genocide.
The interlocutors recorded that Armenia and Belarus are strategic
partners, and the friendly ties and the mutual trust are at the basis
of their bilateral relations.
In addition, the Armenian NA vice-chair reflected on the need to
develop interparliamentary discourse.
Both men also discussed the collaboration between the parliamentary
delegations of Armenia and Belarus.
