NAGORNO-KARABAKH PRESIDENT RECEIVES AUSTRALIAN NEW SOUTH WALES DELEGATION

President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan
received official delegation of the Australian New South Wales state.
The sides discussed a wide range of issues of development of relations
between New South Wales and the NKR.
President Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the authorities and people
of the New South Wales state for support to the NKR and de facto
recognition of its independence. That was a significant political
and moral step on the path of international recognition of the NKR
and establishment of bilateral relations.
Vice-Speaker of the NKR National Assembly Arthur Tovmasyan, NKR
permanent representative in Australia Varouzhan Iskandaryan, Australia
Armenian Cause Office members and other officials participated in
the meeting.
