FIRED ARMENIAN UNIVERSITY RECTOR PLANS TO APPEAL TO EUROPEAN COURT

YEREVAN. - The Armenian Court of Appeal has rejected a complaint
filed by former linguistic university rector Suren Zolyan.
The fired rector will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights,
his representative Liana Grigoryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Suren Zolyan, was dismissed from his post under the order of Armenia's
Education Minister Armen Ashotyan. Zolyan filed a complaint considering
the dismissal illegal but has not achieved any results.
