Former governor of Ararat province, RPA member Vardges Hovakimyan plans
to open an eye clinic for his daughter in France, Zhoghovurd reports.
The paper's sources say Hovakimyan owns a similar clinic in Ararat
province.
Speaking to the paper, Hovakimyan denied that he plans to open a
clinic in France, saying that he "does not have such opportunity."
