"DRUNK RUSSIANS RENDERED GYUMRI A SHOOTING AREA AND INJURED 11, INCLUDING ME"
Norik Sargsyan of Gyumri told GALA TV his story that happened 14
years ago. "Drunk Russians with blood in their eyes attacked us with
rifles and turned the town a shooting area. On that day 11 people were
injured, two of them died. But we didn't make them wear female dressing
gowns," said Norik Sargsyan, speaking about the Armenian citizen who
was dressed in a woman's gown and taken to the court in Russia."
14 years ago, two Russian officers of the Russian military base
got drunk and assaulted Gyumri residents injuring 11 of them. Norik
Sargsyan remembers that day saying. He saw how the Russian officers
were beating with their rifles a young man because the latter refused
to get on his knees before them. And when Sargsyan tried to help,
he was shot and injured.
"But we didn't make them put on a female dressing gown though they
were drunk and decided to have fun in the town." We should have made
Putin wear a female dressing gown then," said Sargsyan. "Why didn't
we mock them? We provided them with medical aid and tried. Let them
do the same, but let them stop mocking," Sargsyan noted.
