WHO DEPRIVED THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF "DINO GOLD MINING" AND HIS WIFE OF LIBERTY?

    July 17 2013

"Two persons entered our office, sequestered us in our office with
a threat of using violence, forced us to hand in our mobile phones,
deprived us of the opportunity to use computers, we were caught by
surprise and forced to sign some documents, even when we did not agree
with their content. They forced us to remain isolated in our office
almost two hours. Then continue their criminal activities, announced
with the threat that this is done for our security. Banning to
communicate with someone, they forced to leave the city of Kapan." The
investigator of Investigation Department of Kapan police station Mher
Hovhannisyan is preparing materials for bringing criminal charges. The
criminal case will refer to the General Director of "Dino Gold Mining"
Robert Anthon Falletta and his wife Farida Falletta. Both are U.S.

citizens. According to our sources, before turning to law enforcement
agencies, aforesaid people have three times turned to RA President
Serzh Sargsyan and the head of the National Security Service Gorik
Hakobyan. Apparently, a powerful hand did not make the letters to get
to the place, that's why they have so far remained unanswered. While
the matter was about their liberty, depriving of the right to freedom
of movement, and possessing their entrepreneurial activities.

According to our sources, the police department knows the names of the
persons, about whom the director and his wife alarmed, considering
themselves as victims. "They forced us to collect some clothes from
our temporary residence, and, against our own will, transferred us
by PRADO car with no stops to Yerevan. We were prohibited to tell the
Armenian law enforcement agencies about what had happened, they told
that the air tickets were already provided, and we had to abandon
the territory of Armenia,"- informed the company employees. Read the
remarkable details of this case in the near future. Ruzanna MINASYAN
