Kentron and Nork-Marash Court is hearing the case of number of citizens
against "Local Developers" Ltd. The plaintiffs, the owners of the
property and land in historical monuments in Yerevan, Abovyan No.
3 and 3/1, 6 and 7, demand to eliminate the violations of rights
of the owners and stop the contractions done with the violations
of norms. The future 11-storey hotel building is located in the
Northern Avenue and adjoins to the building of the cultural ties,
from the side of the yard.
In the claim, as 3rd parties, the Ministries of Urban Development,
Culture and Emergency Situations are involved.
In fact, today's pre-trial did not happen and was postponed to June
20, due to the absence of a third party: the notice about the venue
and time was sent to them, but the court did not have evidences that
they reached them.
