1,200 MEN FROM ONE ARMENIAN VILLAGE LEAVE TO WORK ABROAD - NEWSPAPER

YEREVAN. - A resident of Tsovagyugh, which is one of the largest
and most thriving villages at the shores of Armenia's LakeSevan,
told that 1,200 men left the village this spring to work abroad,
Hraparak daily reports.
"A Russia-based resident of [Armenia's City of] Gavar came to the
village in spring and recruited 400 people and took [them] to Karelia
[in Russia], where the Tsovagyugh residents will work on construction.
'Some of those that left will not come [back],' the Tsovagyugh resident
concluded," Hraparak writes.
