Murdered businessman created 200 jobs in Armenia's Goris

Businessman Avetik Budaghyan murdered today in Armenia's Goris town,
near the house of governor of Syunik province Suren Khachatryan has
created 200 jobs in Goris.
He was a mayoral candidate but was defeated by current mayor Nelson
Voskanyan. Tert.am reports that Budaghyan had a construction company
who has built a building in Karabakh as well.
A Goris resident, who did not want to reveal his name, said the
brother of Avetik - Artak Budaghyan who is in grave condition now, was
a modest person.
`They have normal, well brought up children,' the resident said.
The source said relations between Avo Budaghyan and governor Suren
Khachatryan deteriorated in 2010 after mayoral elections where for the
4th time Republican member Nelson Voskanian was nominated. According
to Goris residents, Voskanyan was supported by governor.
