    NEW DETAILS: THE SOLDIER DIED FROM BLEEDING AT THE MILITARY INSTITUTE

    Today Vanadzor office representatives of Helsinki Citizens' Assembly
    visited the relatives of Sipan Movsisyan killed at the Military
    Institute after V. Sargsyan in the result of the incident a day
    before. The coordinator of Peace department of the Assembly Armine
    Sadikyan told to Aravot.am that they could only find out from the
    deceased's mother that "Sipan when wounded approached the captain
    and asked for help. The captain had immediately called an ambulance
    and an injection was done to him. He was in conscious, he was taken
    to the surgical unit. The parents did not know what specific parts
    of the injuries he had received. The vein was damaged and bled. The
    pressure drop was observed and he was bled." The relatives of
    Sipan learned about the case on the phone, right from the Military
    Institute. The body was moved to Vanadzor yesterday in the evening. The
    victim's family has no information about the reason of dispute and the
    shooting. As A. Sadikyan said, the killed was living with his mother,
    grandmother and two brothers. "They live in a domik at the suburb of
    Vanadzor city. The brother was serving in the army in Karabakh and
    he was going to be discharged from the army in November. They live
    under hard social conditions. Domik is dilapidated and there are no
    normal living conditions." As of today, the uncle and other relatives
    of the victim refuse to speak about the details of the accident. The
    students of the deceased did not talk, as well. The governor of Lori
    Marz and the Mayor of Vanadzor visited Sipan's family. Arpine Simonyan
