On 4 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the
construction site of "Artsakh Information Technologies Center"
fund being built in Stepanakert. President Sahakyan highlighted the
imperative of having such an institution, noting that the development
of information technologies was one of the key components of the
country's socioeconomic strategy and had promising prospects for
our republic. The Head of the State expressed his gratitude to the
philanthropist Constantine Manoukyan for supporting the project. NKR
minister of municipal engineering Karen Shahramanyan and other
officials accompanied the President.
