HEAD OF CENTRAL MILITARY HOSPITAL SPEAKS OF GORIS INCIDENT VICTIM'S STATE

Aram Asaturyan, Head of the Central Military Hospital, told journalists
on Wednesday that the state of Colonel Artak Budaghyan remains grave
now, showing positive signs.
"He will recover very quickly," he said.
Budaghyan can talk, but he is not yet able to give evidence. He has
no memory problem.
Colonel Budaghyan does not yet know about his brother Avetik
Budaghyan's death.
