Armenia was defeated by Malta

Armenian national football team was defeated 0:1 by Malta on June 7.
The only goal scored the striker of guests Michael Mifsud on the
9th minute.
The match began with attacks from both sides, but the national team of
Malta succeeded to open the score during a counterattack.
This was the fourth loss of Armenian national team in this qualifying
campaign. Earlier Armenian team was defeated by Bulgaria, Italy
and Czech Republic. The match took place in republican stadium of Yerevan.
National football teams of Armenia and Malta are both included in
Group B of European Zone of 2014 World Cup's qualification. The
leader of the group is Italy with 13 points. Both Armenia and Malta
have 3 points and share the last position of the group.
Armenia will face Denmark on June 11.
