ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKING IN TEGHUT CJSC
The office of the Human Rights Defender reports that as a result of
the long fight of the environmentalists and with the intervention of
the Human Rights Defender, checking will be carried out in Teghit CJSC
in relation to appeals by the Teghut defense group on law breaches.
The Ombudsman's office says hopeful that the checking will respect
law requirements and all relevant measures will be taken up to find
out and eliminate breaches.
The Ombudsman's office says further committed to the process.
