ARMENIA'S BUDGET MUST BE 'OVER-EXECUTED' - OPPOSITION MP

The economic growth is Armenia is not a fact, Hrant Bagratyan, an MP
from the Armenian National Congress (ANC) party, stated in Parliament
on Wednesday.
Armenian's budget must not only be executed, but must also be
"over-executed."
"Much lower figures were indicated in the draft budget so it was not
impossible to execute the budget," Bagratyan said.
With respect to emigration, Bagraryan addressed Armenia's minister
of finance, saying that the government-reported data on emigration
in 1991-1996 are not accurate.
"In those years, 360,000 people came from Azerbaijan and 330,000 left.
In 1991-1996, a total of 240,000 people left. So do not deceive us
with the figures," Bagratyan said.
