DID SAMVEL ALEKSANYAN MONOPOLIZE SWINE BREEDING?
June 17 2013
As we were informed, a few days ago, the inhabitants of the villages
Amasia applied to Aravot.am complaining that the oligarchs of the
country bereave also swine breeding of the villagers' hands. As they
presented, 3-4 people to set up large farms, artificially bring the
prices for pork down, due to which the ordinary farmer is forced to
sell his pigs. Confiscating the pigs from actual farmer's hands, these
oligarchs immediately increase the value of the meat in the market.
Today in an interview with Aravot.am a resident of Ashotsk, the former
head of Bavra Customs, 71-year-old ANT member Shaliko Zoryann said
that the villagers are bankrupted due to the oligarch - Deputy of NA
Samvel Aleksanyan, the latter monopolizes the swine breeding. "Lfik
brought the price for pork down, making it to become 1800 Armenian
drams per kilo, while keeping pig cost very expensive to the farmer,
the latter paid a high price for the fodder, had taken a loan from
the bank especially for the pigs. They did so that every farmer
lost 30-40 thousand Armenian drams per pig, the poor did not receive
benefits, but debts with burden of interests, and ultimately should
the authorities of this country think about the economic destiny",-
annoyed our interlocutor . Nune AREVSHATYAN
