de Waal launches 10th anniversary edition of his book 'Black Garden:
Armenia and Azerbaijan Through Peace and War' - an account of war and
peace between the two countries and the conflict over Nagorny Karabakh,
incl 'how it precipitated the end of the Soviet Union and thrust an
entire region into disarray' - with event also incl discussion from
former U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Kauzlarich. New edition
of the book offers explanations for the intractability of the conflict
and details political developments leading up to the present
