ARMENIA'S FREIGHT OUTPUT DROPPED 3.4% IN FOUR MONTHS, 1.7% INCREASE RECORDED IN CIS
YEREVAN, June 18. /ARKA/. Freight output (excluding pipelines)
dropped by 3.4% in January-April against the same period of 2012, as
compared to an average increase of 1.7% in CIS countries in general,
the CIS Statistical Committee reports.
The highest increase is recorded in Moldova - 24.4%, according to
the report.
Increases in freight output (excluding pipelines) were recorded
also in Kazakhstan (8.7%), Kyrgyzstan (7.2%), Turkmenistan (6.8%),
Azerbaijan (5.5%), Uzbekistan (4.9%) and Tajikistan (2.9%).
Cargo transportation dropped in Belarus, Ukraine and Russia in the
