9-YEAR-OLD ARMENIAN CHILD NEEDS HELP FOR TREATMENT ABROAD

    14:53 ~U 19.06.13

9-year-old Suren Sahakyan needs help. His diagnosis is acute regal
    failure and polycystic kidney.

The treatment requires $20,000 to $25,000, and the child's parents
keep on struggling for his life, hoping for a miracle.

The child's mother Liana Badeyan told Tert.am that the child's state
is very grave and requires immediate kidney transplantation in a
    foreign clinic.

"Local doctors say my child is too young and they cannot operate
on him. Also, the sale of kidneys is prohibited in Armenia," Liana
    Badeyan says.

The child's parents cannot be donors for medical reasons.

"So we are trying to go abroad, but we need money and we are seeking
help. My child's life depends on those wishing to help," Liana
    Badeyan says.

"The government may mediate and we turn to the Red Cross. May be a
sponsor is found. But a sponsor can hardly be found to cover all the
expenses. May be they cover part of the expenses," she says.

    Below are the bank accounts:

    VTB-Bank Armenia AMD 16040054123300 USD 16040054123301 EUR
    16040054123302 RUR 16040054123303

    Recipient: Liana Noravand Badeyan
