MINISTER OF ENERGY ON NEW DEAL WITH GAZPROM
Minister of energy and natural resources Armen Movsisyan didn't deny
today that Gazprom shares at ARG are planned to be increased up to
100%. Negotiations are underway.
Note Gazprom owns 80%, while the resting 20% belongs to the government
of Armenia.
According to him, the negotiations are held right because the Russian
side can't do whatever it wants. Talks are aimed to ensure longer
gas supply.
The minister said that no deal has been stipulated yet. Negotiations
are scheduled to be completed by the end of the month.
