BELARUS FOREIGN MINISTRY DENIES WORDS ON KARABAKH OSTENSIBLY MADE BY O PRESIDENT LUKASHENKO

YEREVAN, June 20. / ARKA /. Belarus Foreign Ministry denied statements
on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict ostensibly y made by Belarus
president Alexander Lukashenko, Armenian deputy foreign minister
Shavarsh Kocharian said today to Armenia-Novosti news agency.

In an interview with the "Izvestia in Ukraine" newspaper Lukashenko
ostensibly made unacceptable wordings regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict. In particular, according to the newspaper, he said that
'there is no normal life in Nagorno-Karabakh.'

"According to information we have received from the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko did
not make statements with such wordings. Moreover, during an
official visit to Ukraine, he did not give an interview to
'Izvestia in Ukraine," Kocharyan said. -0- - See more at:
