Baku - APA. "There are certain prospects and hopes.
But I don't want to engage in propaganda, however I consider that
Azerbaijan must first change the policy of national, religious
and racial discrimination and hatred towards Armenians," said
"foreign minister" of "Nagorno Karabakh Republic" Karen Mirzoyan in
his interview with France-24 while commenting on the possibility of
return of Nagorno Karabakh to Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The answer of Karen Mirzoyan caused a sharp reaction in the occupied
territories of Azerbaijan. "Spokesman for "Nagorno Karabakh Republic
President" David Babayan said that there are some misunderstandings in
the interview: "He could not issue such a statement, it is impossible.
Even a madman can not speak like that. I reiterate that if he
issued such a statement, he could not be foreign minister of Nagorno
Karabakh."
