ARMENIAN AND RUSSIAN SECURITY COUNCILS' HEADS VISIT RUSSIAN MILITARY BASE IN GYUMRI

YEREVAN. - Armenia's National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Arthur
Baghdasaryan and Russian Federation (RF) Security Council Secretary
Nikolai Patrushev, who is in Armenia on a working visit, met on Monday.
Their private talk was followed by the extended-format discussions of
the delegation, the NSC press service informs. The parties examined the
matters that are included in the cooperation plan which the Armenian
and the RF security councils had signed.
Subsequently, Baghdasaryan and Patrushev headed to Gyumri city. They
toured the RF Armed Forces' 102nd Military Base in the city, and met
with the command units of the border troops and the military base.
They discussed the avenues for the development of these
infrastructures. Also, they laid a wreath to the memorial of the
Russian soldiers that died during the Russo-Turkish War in 1855.

Byurakan Observatory, and they toured the observatory.
