GEORGIAN PM NOT RULING OUT PRESIDENT'S IMPRISONMENT

    June 25, 2013 | 14:34

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili does not want for
President Mikheil Saakashvili to be imprisoned, but such thing may
occur following this year's presidential elections.

Ivanishvili, who is currently in Israel, stated the aforesaid to
    news reporters.

"Saakashvili was a person in charge and he made decisions in person. I
do not want for him to be imprisoned, but I do not rule out anything.

There is the prosecutor's office, the courts, and all are equal before
the law. [And] I do not intend to negotiate with them," Ivanishvili
said, RIA Novosti News Agency of Russia reports.
