FIRST ONLINE TAXI SERVICE APPEARS IN ARMENIA
YEREVAN, June 25./ARKA/. The first in Armenia online taxi, taxi.am,
is now available anytime. People can order a taxi from any place
of Yerevan.
"Online taxi system is used in may countries, it has been checked
several times and thus we don't have to "invent a bicycle" again. The
system we offer has been already practiced and it is adapted for
local features," David Ter-Voskanyan, the company representative,
told ARKA News Agency.
Individuals can enter their destination address (from and to),
calculate how much it will cost, and even make online payments.
"It is also possible to order cargo transportation through the system.
About 80 different vehicles, such as mini vans or mini buses, are
connected to our system, " Ter-Voskanyan added.
Being an official affiliate of Russian Sedi, the company
collaborates with businessmen on the contract basis through
