PRE-PARLIAMENT TO CONDUCT RALLY IN ARMENIA'S KAPAN

Pre-parliament is going to conduct today a rally in Armenia's town of
Kapan to present the residents its program and practical steps that
will help the country to get out of the disastrous situation and to
build a new-quality state.
Press service of the organization reported that Garegin Chookaszian,
Alek Yenigomshyan, Zhirayr Sefilyan, Harutyun Mesrobian, Yeghia
Nersesyan and other representatives of the organization will deliver
speeches at the rally.
