    President of Azerbaijan Aliyev said we will never let another form of
    Armenia in the land of Azerbaijan. BAKU Azerbaijan Aliyev Azerbaijan.

    President Ilham said we will never let another form of Armenian state
    in the land of Aliyev Speaking at a parade devoted to the country's
    Armed Forces Day in Baku, warned Armenia over Nagorno-Karabakh. Aliyev
    said as a country in armed conflict zone, Azerbaijan place special
    emphasis on military. Need for a "stronger army "- Aliyev Underlining
    Nagorno-Karabakh conflict have not been solved by years and Armenia
    has ignored the decisions taken by international organizations and
    has not brought the armed conflict to an end, said, "we could not
    reach any agreements after talks and that's why there is a need of

    the Nagorno-Karabakh is the land which belongs to in the past and in
    the future, said "Our people have lived there for centuries and today,
    Nagorno-Karabakh is inseparable part of and the whole world recognize
    here as the land belongs to " Aliyev Azerbaijan. Stating that not only
    Nagarno-Krabakh but also the land of Armenia is inside the mainland
    of Azerbaijan, said, the government of Azerbaijan and its people
    will never let another form of Armenia government on the mainland
    of Aliyev told the crowd they have increased the military budget to
    USD 3.7 billion reminding it was USD163 million in 2003. Azerbaijan
    President also said they purchased nearly 100 helicopters, tens of
    fighter jets and rocket systems."Our armoured vehicles, modern tanks,
    artillery have the capacity to destroy anywhere in the enemy's side"
    he added.
