ARMENIA VIEWS RUSSIA AS RELIABLE PARTNER - OFFICIAL

- Secretary of Armenia's National Security Council Artur Bagdasaryan
said "Russia is a long-term, stable and reliable partner" for Armenia.
He said so after talks with Russian Security Council Secretary
Nikolai Patrushev.
"We're a small country for showing too large ambitions, so
Armenia pursues a balanced policy, giving priority to intensifying
Russian-Armenian cooperation. For our country, the number one task
is Armenia's security, and the Russian Federation is one of the main
guarantors of this security, on which agreements have been signed,"
the Armenian official said.
