12 new alpinist roads will operate in Syunik

YEREVAN, JUNE 29, ARMENPRESS. 12 new roads designed for alpinist trips
will start functioning near Tatev, Syunic in July. Suren Danielyan -
the Vice-President of the Alpinism and Rock Climbing Federation of
Armenia - told Armenpress about this. Due to his words the creation of
new roads will support the increase in the flow of Armenian and
foreign tourists visiting this popular site.
`The inspectors of alpinism qualifies by our federation and having
proper work experience will accompany tourists along these roads.
Syunik mountains provide all the rock climbers the best chances to
satisfy both their sport and purely touristic interests,' - Suren
Danielyan said. The Alpinism and Rock Climbing Federation of Armenia
carries activities to open new roads in other picturesque sites of
Armenia.
