On 28 February in connection with the 25th anniversary of the Sumgait
massacre Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by
primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church
Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan and top officials of the republic
visited Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid flowers to the monument
of innocent victims..
