ORANGE ARMENIA INTRODUCES NEW MYFI HIGH-SPEED INTERNET DEVICE
YEREVAN, February 28. /ARKA/. Orange Armenia has introduced a new
up to 21.6Mb/sec device for high-speed Internet access everywhere
covered by the company, Orange Armenia press service reported.
The MyFi device allows creating Wi-Fi personal hotspot everywhere, even
while moving. MyFi enables subscribers connect ten devices, such as
computer, telephone, tablet and others, to the Internet simultaneously.
"The new MyFi offer will bring the mobile Internet service to a new
level of up to 21.6Mb/sec in all regions of Armenia", Orange Armenia
marketing director Aram Lazarian said.
MyFi device allows connecting to the Internet not only through WiFi,
but also USB port, this means that tablets and smartphones can also
be connected.
The MyFi device is offered at special tariffs by April 7, 2013
- subscribers will provided with 5 Gb for 12 months against the
connection tariff of 6,000drams and 25Gb high-speed Internet will be
offered monthly at 11,000 drams. The device itself will cost 4,000
drams and 1 dram respectively.
If subscribed to the service for 24 months customers will have a
monthly of 5 or 25Gb high-speed Internet access against 5,000 or
10,000 monthly subscriber fee and will buy the device at 2,000 drams
or 1 dram respectively.
With no subscription MyFi device will cost 39,000drams.
Orange Armenia, 100% subsidiary of France Telecom (branded as Orange),
launched its mobile voice and internet services on November 5, 2009,
having provided 95% coverage throughout 600 communities in Armenia.-0--
