The World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Report presents
the best and worst roads among 144 countries.
The worst roads among the CIS countries has Ukraine being ranked
the 137th with 2.3 points out of possible 7. Russia has the same 2.3
points but is ranked the 136th.
France, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore have the highest 6.5
points. These countries are followed by Portugal, Oman, Switzerland,
Austria, Hong Kongm Finland and Germany.
Among the CIS countries the best roads according to the report has
Azerbaijan. It has been ranked the 67th having 4 points. The worst
roads are Moldova's it has received 1.5 points.
Armenia has been ranked 80 with 3.7 points. Turkey is 43d with 4.9,
Georgia 56th with 4.4 and Iran 68 with 4 points.
