    Negotiations entered into deadlock

Head of NA ARF fraction Armen Rustamyan informed yerkir.am that heads
of all NA fractions met with NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan today to
discuss future steps of post-electoral situation.

`Our suggestion of an extra session was discussed but apparently it
goes into a deadlock. The authorities do not agree with our suggestion
of holding extra session', said Rustamyan.

Talking about the three known demands of ARF and Heritage parties, he
said that the authorities want some concessions for the issue to be
discussed. But on the other hand, other political powers, especially
ANC is against the solution of that 3-step agenda.

`ANC says that those points are not a solution but are not against an
extra session', said Rustamyan . The only point Rule of Law agrees
with is the adoption of 100% proportional electoral system, creation
of opposition-authority joint system, which ANC is for as well.

Coalition partners and ANC have some redundancies for passing to
parliamentary system and holding extra parliamentary elections.
Rustamyan believes that dispositions of PA coincides with the ones of
    ARF and Heritage.

`Negotiations meet the deadlock as there is no agreement around the
text of the statement, we need to collect 1/3 of signatures to hold an
extra session, but we are not sure that the Republicans won't boycott
the session just like the previous time', said Rustamyan.

Armen Rustamyan informed that they and representatives of Heritage
party discussed their future acts and the current situation. He also
informed that ARF will take part at tomorrow's rally and will make a
    speech.
