Raffi Hovannisian lights candle for Serzh Sargsyan in Vardenis

The leader of Heritage Party, ex-presidential candidate Raffi
Hovannisian is touring Gegharkunik province today. He made his first
stop in Vardenis.
Making a speech before Vardenis residents, R. Hovannisian said that by
April 9 Serzh Sargsyan should either refuse to accept his office or
hold a new election.
Speaking about S. Sargsyan, Raffi Hovannisian noted that during the
Artsakh war he proved he was not afraid, and now it is time to move
ahead.
R. Hovannisian announced he will go to the church and light a candle
for courageous residents of Vardenis and the soldiers killed in the
war.
`I am also going to light a candle for Serzh Sargsyan and Vardenis
Mayor so that they will think carefully and take the right decision by
April 9'.
