President Serzh Sargsyan and "his" Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian
go on suffering diplomatic setbacks.
The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, Parliament
of the Czech Republic, has approved a draft resolution on the Khojaly
events.
According to the newspaper's sources, Armenia's Ministry of Foreign
Affairs was not even informed and failed to prevent that.
Alexander Arzumanyan, Vice-Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee,
and Naira Zohrabyan, Chairwoman of the Committee on European
Integration, raised the issue at their meeting with Eliška Žigová,
Head of the North & East Europe Department, Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of the Czech Republic.
