AZERBAIJAN EXPANDS HOUSING ALONG LINE OF CONTACT WITH ARMENIAN OCCUPYING FORCES

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Realization of a task set by Azerbaijani
President Ilham Aliyev on restoration of houses in Fizuli region,
destroyed by Armenian occupants.
Government sources say that all available resources will be used for
this purpose in 2013.
"The Fizuli Region Executive Power and the Agency for Rehabilitation
and Reconstruction of Liberated Territories of Azerbaijan (ARRA) will
be involved in the process of housing construction in the front line.
Thus, only within the ARRA it is planned construction/rehabilitation
of 45-46 houses near the line of contact with the Armenian occupying
forces," the source said.
ARRA has prepared for a long time the plans for rehabilitation of
housing in the region, and the restoration process will not demand
time spending on project work. In general, speech is of restoration of
about 1,000 houses, on which the Government of Azerbaijan is ready to
allocate large finances.
