"The international community should strengthen efforts towards the
    fair settlement of this conflict"

Baku- APA. "Armenia's aggression against Azerbaijan has been lasting
    for a long time. Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
arose as a result of this aggression is the biggest threat to the
peace and stability in the region, as well as a serious impediment
to the development of the region," said Azerbaijani President Ilham
Aliyev in his interview with editor-in-chief of Montenegrin "Pobjeda"
    newspaper Sršan Kusovac.

President Ilham Aliyev noted that no progress has been achieved in the
negotiation process due to Armenia's non-constructive position. He
said the Armenians repeatedly violate ceasefire on the contact line
that causes losses of both Azerbaijani servicemen and civilians: "Four
resolutions of the UN Security Council on unconditional withdrawal
of the aggressive forces from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan
and the decisions and resolutions passed by the other international
organizations and the statements issued by the heads of OSCE Minsk
Group co-chair countries on the inadmissibility of the status-quo in
Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno Karabakh conflict have been ignored by
Armenia up to now. I consider that the international community should
strengthen efforts towards the fair settlement of this conflict. Our
resolute position is that the conflict can only be resolved within
the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, international legal norms
and principles. Only then sustainable stability and cooperation can
    be achieved in the region."
