"The Russians love Georgians but their preferable ally is
Armenia",-political scientist Levon Shirinyan is convinced.
During today's meeting with the reporters he referred to Serzh
Sargsyan's visit to Moscow.
"Vladimir Putin has not raised the issue of the European Union,
taking into consideration the post-election processes in RA and made
concessions",-the political scientist is confident.
He believes that it is high time to demand Russia to recognize
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) independence, because we are strategic
partners.

recognized Armenian Genocide when he was Archbishop in Bunenos Aires,
