    EX-GOVERNOR: SERZH SARGSYAN FAILED

    20:13 15/03/2013
    Story from Lragir.am News:

The ex-governor of Lori Viguen Khachatryan addressed the rally
on Freedom Square. He noted that Serzh Sargsyan did not lose the
election. "He did not lose, he failed," Viguen Khachatryan said.

He analyzed the passed way of Armenia, noting that the majority is
perverted, the rule of money has been established, they have lost
their values, honor, dignity, value of the word. "These have become
secondary values because the failed regime was trying to persuade
that money can buy everything and decide everything. It is not true,"
Viguen Khachatryan said, noting the danger of failure of the state.

The ex-governor says they are asked to bring evidence to electoral
fraud. When Serzh Sargsyan said the public administration system is
corrupt, nobody asked Serzh to bring facts.

Five years ago Serzh Sargsyan said "Go Armenia". And they went
forward. He says, over the past five years the income of officials
has grown according to their declarations of property. Now they say
"Secure Armenia". They want to secure themselves but they cannot be
secure because they went forward illegally.

He called on his colleagues, the 1990-1997 convocations of the
parliament, to join the movement because this is also due to their
inaction. "We are not ashamed for what we did, we are ashamed of what
we did not do," Viguen Khachatryan said, noting that it is time to
    correct mistakes.

He stated that when they were building Armenia, they thought that
Armenia would be a developed country but perhaps their knowledge
was not sufficient, and they ignored, they did not understand that
Christian morality is at the heart of a developed society.

"I don't want my son and daughter to seek their fortune in another
    country," Viguen Khachatryan said.
