Karabakh Defense Army holds meeting of military council

STEPANAKERT. - A regular meeting of military council of
Nagorno-Karabakh's Defense Army was dedicated to improving the
discipline. The meeting was chaired by Karabakh Defense Minister,
Commander of the Defense Army, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan.
Deputy Commander of Defense Army Major General Andranik Margaryan
delivered a report on military discipline outlining achievements and
disadvantages.
Commanders of military units and representatives of law enforcement
agencies took the floor. They stressed that discipline and upbringing
of soldiers is a key guarantee of army's combat readiness.
