TEGH RESIDENTS ARE THERE
Country - Monday, 18 March 2013, 13:57
Only Serzh Sargsyan's family has emigrated from Tegh village,
the others are there. Tegh village is one of the villages where
high turnout was reported, says the presidential candidate Andrias
Ghukasyan to Lragir.am. He added that the voting results in those
polling stations where voter turnout is high should be abolished.
According to Ghukasyan, the number of such polling stations is 579
which he presented to the Constitutional Court. According to the
Central Electoral Commission, these polling stations reported turnout
of 77%, 85% voted for Serzh Sargsyan. Ghukasyan says he demanded
that the CEC verify those data since the figures are incredible. He
says that according to the CEC, emigration had no influence on the
results of voting and those who dwell on emigration are misled and
mislead people. Ghukasyan presented to the court the data from those
polling stations where 1800 ballots were missing. According to the
legislation, the missing ballots are not a breach.
