"Yerevan change Armenia": this is the motto of ARF for the coming
Yerevan City Council elections, that is to take place on May 5th.
Secretary of ARF fraction Aghvan Vardanyan announced about this during
his press conference.
He noted once more that these elections are political ones and no
matter how hard the authorities try to make a show out of it, still,
they don't succeed.
Vardanyan noted that we have just come out of presidential elections
and citizens will express their anger on the Yerevan City Council
elections.
"These are not elections for the first position, we shouldn't take
it as a person to person battle", said he and reminded that the
Republican party has changed 4 Mayors, whilst the position of Mayor
is to be elected and not positioned.
