AMERIABANK OFFERS CLIENTS INTERNATIONAL EXPORT AND IMPORT FACTORING

Ameriabank continues active cooperation with factoring companies,
offering its clients new factoring services - international export
and import factoring.
Membership in Factors Chain International (FCI) allows Ameriabank
to expand its international factoring services for its clients,
establish contacts with new partners in more than 80 countries and
enter new markets.
"Armenia's international factoring market has great prospects for
development. The growth of Armenia's exports and the country's share
in international trade are conduce factors as well. Armenia's exports
showed 7% growth last year as compared with the previous year. FCI
membership enables us to offer our clients more modern factoring
services. At present, 268 banks and factoring companies from about 80
countries are FCI members. Their share in the international factoring
market is about 80%," said Anzhela Khachatryan, an Ameriabank officer.
There is growing demand for factoring services in Armenia.
In January-March 2013, Ameriabank's factoring deals in terms of
discount bonds showed a 36% increase as compared with January-March
2012.
Ameriabank is ready to cooperate with companies working in different
sectors of economy - metallurgy, machine-building, food processing,
import and export of household appliances.
