Today, on May 2, meeting of "Prosperous Armenia" party was held in
Freedom Square. Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan delivered a speech,
in which he stated:
"We will keep our word, we will do what we have promised. I do not
have moral responsibility towards anybody. The Mayor of the PAP
will not take bribes, otherwise he will be immediately released
from office. All problems will be solved in Yerevan, there will no
unsolvable problem. Public power is not their fathers' property.
Yes, we have a strong political team, but alone we can not achieve
success, we must work together to create a prosperous Armenia and
to live a prosperous life. I do not throw words to the wind, do
not misunderstand me... There should be competition, conditions and
opportunities for every person to work and keep his family."
At the end of the speech Tsarukyan urged citizens to take part in
the upcoming elections of Council of Elders and give their vote to
the candidate, whom they believe and with whom they have hopes. He
also invited the participants of the meeting on May 14 to Abovyan
city at the opening of St. Hovhannes church.
