Prime Minister says 9.9% GDP growth reported in Artsakh

Harutyunyan met with a group of students of NKR State University and
Stepanakert branch of Armenian State Agrarian University.
Prime Minister Harutyunyan briefed the students on the areas
envisaging 9-11 % and 10-15% growth of GDP and investments
respectively in the 5 years to come. The program also envisages
increase in export volume, job creation and agricultural development.
According to the Prime Minister 9.9% GDP growth was recorded in NKR in
2012, with Armenia and Azerbaijan posting 7.2% and 2,2% growth
respectively.
He further briefed the students on the education reform and mortgage
lending programs.
